EdgarFriendly 80 Posted March 17, 2013 (edited) First pc is better mate but that processor is a bit shit to be honest, I'm not an AMD fan but I've read numerous times that the FX-6300 is a great processor for the £100 price tag, what GPU will you be using? John69 64 Posted March 17, 2013 First you should post this here : http://dayzmod.com/forum/index.php?/topic/64576-can-i-run-it-ask-here/And second, you really should consider a dedicated gfx card, Arma 2 is a demanding game, for the cpu and the gfx (graphic)Both of youre options are bad im afraid
jaytmuk (DayZ) 621 Posted March 17, 2013 (edited) How much you wanting to spend on a comp?Tbh look towards the Dayz standaloneA good benchmark would be Arma 3 tbhm Edited March 17, 2013 by jaytmuk
puzdre 4 Posted March 17, 2013 you must buy a quad core and a gpu of around 1gb to run the game smoothly in higher resolutions. 4gb of ram i enough
jaytmuk (DayZ) 621 Posted March 17, 2013 (edited) Get one with good processor, and 64bit.. rest can be added after if need more. dont get sidetracked with added memory and ram.tbh dual is ok, dont need quad. Edited March 17, 2013 by jaytmuk
