How to pick up acu backpack off dead body???

I have tried to pick up a bag off a dead user and it opens straight to my gear page with no new things. What do I do??? :)

you should be able to check the players gear and then double click the bp or move it across to the left to equip it

Hmmm I've never had that happen. Usually stuff just disappears for me.

You're trying to pick up the backpack without being in the gear menu. All options involving backpacks on dead players that you can see with the scroll wheel will take you to their backpack gear. You need to enter the dead player's gear, scroll down the items list of items they have, and the backpack should be near the bottom if I remember correctly, otherwise it's in the list, but I don't know where.

When looking at a dead user it should say 'Open <bagname>', hit 'G key' (or whatever button you have assigned to view inventory) when that shows up and it should bring up a page of your inventory and the dead body inventory (you don't want to open said bag). Scroll down til you see the bag you want and double click it, it'll replace your bag with that one. However if the body is old enough you won't be able to view the gear at all to take said items.

Make sure you get anything you want out of your own bag too!

- Look at dead player

- Roll mouse wheel and select gear (alternatively you can press "G" while in range of the body and looking at it)

- When the invintory screen appears look at the left hand side of the menu and scroll to the very bottom of it.

- You should see the dead players bag at the very bottom (or you will see your bag and the dead players bag if you have one).

- If you double click the name of the bag in this window it will move over to you.
