Someone please help, menu screen is just, broken!

Okay, I don't even know what to call this, or where to really post is but basically, previously DayZ has worked fine for me but now i start up Arma/DayZ and I get this menu screen... Arghggdrtegbejbfue?!?!34zbm1k.jpg

this happens to me when the game launched with errors, maybe you have a corrupted shortcut or dayzcommander doesnt work properly
