I was playing games on my old computer a while ago and it crashed and all those games I bought were gone, so now I am not making the same mistake again with my new computer.

Well steam does have a cloud so if that ever happens you just log in to the new computer and it's back, but the 3 already posted are probably your best bet for a physical copy.

Buy it on steam, the games are linked to your steam account, so you can download them on every PC you want, as long as you have steam on them (and steam is free). it only costs 25€ on steam. 30€ if you want the full pack with addons and DLC.
