Beeping after 1.7.1.2 Update

I just updated to 1.7.2 using the launcher, but whenever I move in game or hit any key they game makes a beeping sound and freezes for a few seconds. Other sounds seem to be fine. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance.

i have the same problem :/

when i try to walk (pressing direction buttons) it keeps beeping which results in the game freezing unless you stop walking, any solution?
