Desync, it happens every now and then whether an issue on your end or the server.

It means you are having bad ping/desync on the server.

Usually everyone gets it at the same time, at least I think. Anyways Yea its a bad case of desync and ping.

I'd imagine your interet provider or network card would be the biggest factors for sorting out desync issues
