Weird glitch when joining servers.

Whenever I join a server, the area around me is almost completely flat with no buildings. Everybody is still and glitched and no one is talking or doing anything.

Is this in error installing the mod or something? Help?

Also I get an error like "Error creating Direct3D 9 Graphical Engine"
