Character glitched????

I have been reading the forums and people say you are suppost to spawn with a gun, water, and food.

i have died 5 times so far and every single time (including i very first spawn) i have spawned with nothing but pain killers and a bandage.

That was removed, you're basically thrown to the wolves (zeds) now. HARDMODE ACTIVATED

Yup, the starter gear for all characters was just recently changed, so a lot of the info you've seen previously is now outdated.

A good starting point is to check out some of the freely available online maps which highlight various spawn points, figure out where you've landed, and the closest way to try and obtain some gear.

Sneak everywhere, hiding from both zombies and other players, until you can get yourself some equipment. :)
