Well in-case you came here to learn something about killing zombies, you might wanna watch this:

Basically on any crouch-walkers/prone zombies there's a glitch in their animations which means they have to stop to stand up before hitting you, this typically takes around 2 seconds for them, making it easy to kill them in that time. If you time it well it's even possible to kill regular zombies like this, but your window to shoot them is much smaller than 2 seconds.

This will most likely be fixed in the standalone though :P
