Unable to recover Crossbow bolts from victims

As of yesterday I could no longer recover any crossbow bolts from targets or misses. I could see the arrows impailed in the victims but not in the inventory of what was recoverable. New change to game or was teh server glitched ?

Same thing happened to me, killed a cow with two crossbow bolts and couldn't recover them, even though I saw them sticking out of the cow.
