[Forum] DayZMod.com Hates Opera

Recommended Posts

I could not find a better place to post this thread (since the Bug forum is for the mod, not the site) and I did a search on the forums and couldn't find another thread about it.

The Official DayZ Website seems to hate Opera since it displays incorrectly.

All I'd really like to know is the webmaster (Adam, I believe) aware of these issues and if they are do they plan to fix them.

It isn't a huge issue as not a lot of people use Opera and I can always just use the site in Chrome but I figured since I couldn't find another thread about it I'd least try to bring it to their attention.

See this image for what it looks like in Opera (12.00)

I prefer my smooth scrolling, Speed dial and many bookmarks. And private sessions that I can save and go back to.

Firefox has it, Firefox has a version of it, and why would you want to save a private session - that defeats the whole purpose.

lol Opera. You poor, poor souls. I feel almost as bad for you as I do for some of my clients that are forced to still use IE6

Chrome people.... Chrome...

People still use Opera? Well I never...

If it's any consolation, my Chrome is having nightmarish issues with the "reply window". All the bbcode buttons are gone so I have to manually bbcode everything.

Chrome has all of that, except incognito saving, but that sort of defeats the purpose of it being "incognito".

Same problem here too. Also what's with the opera hate ? You don't like it don't use it. Also chrome can go die in a fire.
