Turin (DayZ) 3 Posted June 19, 2012 You often start in a fairly remote area like a field, usually quite near to the coast. And since the 1.7.1 patch you don't start with a gun, so you have to go find one.As for why you can't move... no idea. Maybe there was something wrong with the server you joined? Saoul 0 Posted June 19, 2012 I had the same problem. I had to backout, use the Six Updater to get the newest patch. That or search SPECIFICALLY for a server running your patch. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
