Does the bandit skin disappear if you don't continuously kill people?

Recommended Posts

So I unlocked the bandit skin (purposely) because I love the way it looks.

I have noticed that humanity regenerates by 30 points per minute and the wiki says it does this until you are at 2500, why?

If it keeps regenerating and goes positive is my bandit skin going to disappear when I get back up to 2500?

I think this concept is utterly retarded, once the bandit skin is added to you it should STAY on you unless you heal people and give transfusions to gain back humanity. I don't want to have to keep killing people just to keep the skin active, I've already murdered several noobies in Cherno as it is and then went north. I don't want to have to keep doing it.

1: I like how you call getting a bandit skin "Unlocking" like it's an achievement...

2: Your humanity slowly reaches equilibrium. IE, if you're a "Hero" but don't do any healing for 5 days (for example), you go back to survivor.

If your humanity is at a certain level it will turn to either a Hero skin or if it is negative you will turn into a bandit and have the cloth around your head.

Ha, i think this is the first time ive seen someone complain about losing the bandit skin because they're not keen on murdering fresh spawns, beans to you whether you like it or not!

edit: I suggest heading up north and murdering geared up players instead, you might not feel so guilty about it then.

The bandit skin isn't something you 'unlock' or even choose, it's supposed to flag you as dangerous to others based on your wrong-doings.

Only if in negative. I have made Hero a while ago and then went in to Hermit mode (avoided other players entirely due to KOS) and have not lost any Humanity. My Humanity remains constant.

I try and avoid the bandit skin because I think having a white shemagh sort of makes you easier to spot so I try and limit my murders to one or two a day so I retain my survior face (which has camo paint)

Really? That's nifty. :)
