Failed to start game?

I keep getting an error something on the line of. bad version Server rejected connection or something.

Also my Arma 2 won't run? It says "Failed to start game with shared content. Please update these games first: Arma 2

Help? I got banned on another steam account and bought it on a new account if that helps but I deleted the local content from the old account before I purchased it.

You've had about 4/7 of the problems I had with starting DayZ. I don't mind helping you :)

Hmm... try verifying your game cache for ArmA 2.

Are you launching ArmA CO or ArmA 2 OA? The way I play is a put everything in "Addons" and 1 other folder from ArmA 2 into ArmA 2 OA's "addons" folder so when I launched the beta, it was the beta patch, all of ArmA 2 OA's content, then it loaded ArmA 2 like it would a mod, then it loaded DayZ.
