US 1994 TBU Server

I was recently banned from US 1994 for "set pos restriction 11." I appealed on tbuservers.net, but they refused to unban me. The admins said that I tried to teleport, or that someone tried to teleport me. This simply isn't true. I was riding around in an off-road truck with my friend when I was suddenly banned for restriction 11. In my defense, my internet connection was extremely slow at the time, and I was lagged quite badly on the game itself. I'm not sure if anyone else has had this issue due to a slow internet connection, but I can't imagine anything else causing this.

This is a public server, and I did not (nor have I ever even attempted to) teleport. I enjoy playing on their server and I feel like I've been treated quite unfairly here.

If anyone here could help me, I would greatly appreciate it.

We usually do not unban people who get kicked for any SetPos restriction as usually these are the result of a failed teleport attempt (of a sort).

A friend of yours vouched for you on the TBU forums where you posted your ban appeal. I've taken it into consideration and I have unbanned you. But if you keep getting kicked for restrictions like SetPos, or other abnormal restrictions that I personally know come from hackers, you will be banned again along with the friend who vouched for you.

If you sincerely didn't cheat great, but keep in mind we will be watching you carefully on the server from now on.

Thank you, crazykid. I really appreciate that. My friend and I played on a few other servers today and didn't find any that were completely hacker-free. I know that hackers are going to hack, but I enjoyed US 1994 because we didn't really run into that problem.

Anyway, thank you again. I'll be back on the server soon, and feel free to keep an eye on me, I'm sure you won't see me doing anything against the rules.

Hi. I was banned "hacking", and I have no idea how to hack. I wouldn't want to even if I did. Could you tell me what made me a hacker?

I am the server owner of US 1994.

It would be best if you appealed on the TBU website first rather than coming straight to the DayZ forums, as it takes us much longer to find posts about us on here.

Furthermore, you're appealing a ban on someone else's ban appeal, so please make your own. In fact, please file an appeal at www.tbuservers.net/forum/ for further assistance. Thank you.

Seth, I was banned as well for the same reason. so was my friend who had a similar name to me, even though we weren't together. Maybe they thought we were hacking because we had good gear?
