So this error happens in a lot games. 80% of games i play, so it's not only DayZ problem.

I tried reinstalling drivers, installing old ones, installing newest, installing beta, reinstalling and formatting whole system, and it still continues.

I have AMD Radeon 7750, i3 2120 and 8 GB RAM.

I even tried turning off TDR in regitry editor, but it continues to bring back to value it was before, after restarting PC.

I have a AMD Radeon HD 7970 and am currently using the latest driver 13.2 Beta. I have never gotten any problems like this in any games I play. I would suggest you uninstall all your drivers and reinstall, but since you already tried that I don't know what to tell you. Hope you can get something working. :)

could be a heat issue... dust... fresh install of drivers after removing old drivers.... same old story try everything from other post one at a time slow and patently
