Its not a matter of how many spawn points but how many the server is allowing the server to have.

Well, not too many people play Fallujah sadly I would love to go on there and have some fun like back when it was a fresh release.

Anyways, you can find most of the air vehicles at the Airfield and depending on the server there may be some scattered around the map.

Why not just play around in Arma (armoury section). You can fly helis in there all day if you want.
