TeamBloodtype 8 Posted March 8, 2013 (edited) Hello fellow gamers!- THE COMMUNITY -Team Bloodtype ( http://www.team-bloodtype.com ), possibly the online multi gaming community for you! As a Online Multi Gaming Community we try our best to supply you with the latest geeky news and gossips. The idea to create this community came up after years of playing different types of games with loads of different kinds of people. Some were playing WoW, some were playing Minecraft , some were hating SWTOR and some were loving it. We wanted to create a place where all people, no matter what games they love and hate, would have a place to share their adventures, read game related news and meet like-minded players from all over the world. Hooray? Yes, Hooray. We totally agree. We are a fairly new community and we might not have 100+ members, but do not let that stop you. The atmosphere is friendly and mature. To prevent the reverse we have a age limit to be able to you, which is 18+. We do not say that you who are under 18 are immature, but unfortunately there are some cases and to prevent them we have our age limit. - SERVERS -At this very moment we have a few servers that might be of your liking.Day Z Chernarus - For your shooting pleasures.Day Z 2017 - For the cravings of scrap metal cars.Minecraft Vanilla - For your adventurous souls.Battlefield 3 - For you who likes to frag the weak and hurdle the dead.As time flows by we plan to host more servers for different types of games. For what games we do not know yet. it all depends on the popularity and most-wanted games.For an easy access to our different servers please visit our server page, found in the menu on our community page! There you will see all the IP's and port. There you will also be able to see how many people that currently are on the different ones. As well as gaming servers we also have a voice named Teamspeak 3 that only is available for members. In TS3 we have channels for the most popular games within the community, so you can enter the channel of which game you currently are playing!- EVENTS/SERVERS/GAMES & CLANS -Rather than just having normal game servers for you to play on in a normal way, we also host events from time to time. Example of these events are as follows:DayZ - We have several events in DayZ. One of them being the Hungergames! This event is being held once every month. Once in a while we will even hand out IRL prizes. Such as a Razer mousepad. We are at the moment building up bases on our Chernarus server. These bases will be held by different clans in our community. If you join us, you will be able to join a existing clan, go solo or bring a couple of friends and create your own! When the bases are added we have different events taking place several times a month. Two of them being "Capture the base" and "Claim the chopper". rMod is enabled and a few new fun vehicles is added. We have added barracks at NW/NE Airfields. To make the game a bit more challenging the vehicle spawns are set to low. When we feel up for something else then running on our own servers we usually team up 7-10 of us and go rampage on other servers. We now also have small event we call Demo Derby! As a recent apply to the Chernarus server we have added roaming AI which gets harder the more north you walk. In the nearest future we will also get in custom clan skins, for easier events and game play!Minecraft - A normal Vanilla server for your building and adventurous needs! Create your own little base wherever you want or bring some friends and create your own little village! As long as your ideas are limitless the game will always be. We, the ones playing now, are spread out all over the map. Events will most likely be created in the future as well!Battlefield 3 - Our newest server to the list! This is a 32 player, random game play server with random generated maps. Future events will be held here as well. We are not quite sure which ones yet, maybe you can help? What about some sniper only? At least I think that sound like a blast. I will definitely make that happen. Our Platoon is new and have at the moment 9 members!APB - We have a few experienced gamers here and some new ones. We are going to set up events in the future, as soon as we get a few more people playing it! At the moment we just log on and spread some chaos! You are more than welcome to join!As said in the beginning of the post, we take in every gamer, no matter what games they play. This is a multi gaming community, not a community for specific games! So even if your favorite game is not listed here, you can apply anyway!- JOINING US -We are seeking you who play... any game and are 18+. We would love if you were active and friendly. We don't bully people for their choice of games (As long as you don’t play SWTOR.. no no j/k). We are here to join up every gamer into a massive pile and talk about what we like the most: Games!If you feel like you could be the one, please visit http://www.team-bloodtype.com and register on the right side of the home page, at the same time you will create your application. If you already have a account with Enjin, all you have to do is sign in and then go to the Recruitment page in the top menu. There you will make your application to join us. The things you write there will be shown to admins only. After that all you have to do is wait till the admins reply. The 23th of March we will open up the server for event-players only for some hungergames! C4tnip 2 Posted March 26, 2013 (edited) Last hungergames went awesome and are now looking forward to the next one on the 20th. The only thing that would make it better, is more players! The more the better :)We will soon have clans fixed on the server as well. Choose a existing clan's side or make your own! With this the mini-events will come. Stuff like take over the base, claim the chopper and so on.Since 3 days ago we now, thanks to some more players, have a 2nd server listed on our website with the map Namalask! And as always we have our trustworthy vanilla Minecraft server as well for those who feels for some blocks and adventure! :)As long as you're 18+ you are more than welcome to apply on our forums. Rigsy 4 Posted March 27, 2013 A lot of online communities I have joined in the past have been elitist, insular and damn right hostile toward newcomers and people who are not part of their clique. I have spent a few weeks playing with Team Bloodtype recently and they have proven to be friendly, welcoming and vary between high skilled players and newcomers learning how to play. I have also spent time on Teamspeak in all the major timezones and they have a respectable amount of people that you can poke to go play a wide variety of multiplayer games nomatter where in the world you reside.On the Day Z side of things, all their servers are stable (for me at least), the admins are fair and quick to respond, and exploiters are swiftly dealt with and any damage promptly fixed. As mentioned before the community is of varied skill levels so some people are challenging to beat and some are easy kills but you won't find 10 Bloodtype guys flying around the maps in choppers all day shooting survivors on the beach, we save that for teaming up and playing on other peoples high population servers.The monthly Hunger games are an exciting prospect as the first event was a lot of fun to compete in and I can't deny there is something special about the chance to win prizes for playing a videogame.Also some changes are coming to the Team Bloodtype Day Z servers very soon that should really keep the game fresh and much more challenging. Should open up some really cool gameplay with capture/defend etc. And would be cool if some random people on the server (or maybe even another clan) team up to join the fight as well. Maybe a small group waiting until one team has almost finished the other. Our chernarus server is looking for more members to join our 2 current clans with their custom bases or even clans to join us on our server for some competition! at the moment we have 2 small clans with weekly events about to start. come join the fun.
