DMR or M14?

I have a DMR and I found an M14 in a deerstand. Which one is better?

M14 for close combat, DMR for long range. Go with the DMR, it'll be useful.

Pretty much the same firing system... DMR if you like to keep your distance, M14 if you think you can 'assault' a target.

But the DMR is good because it's a sniper.

DMR I would say. But there's no zeroing.

The DMR might not have any adjustable zeroing, but it IS already zeroed to 300 meters by default, and the mildots will give you the aimpoint for each 100m beyond 300m. The first mildot under the crosshair is 400m and so on, until the very bottom bar which is 800m.
