I think it would be fun if when you are running full tilt and you look over your shoulder you had a 20% chance of falling down, or if you just looked to the side a 5% chance of falling.

I think it would be so much fun running from the infected and then wanting to look behind to see if they are still following but to scared to look just in case I fell and they ate me.

Thoughts??

Lets add a feature where you can hide your boner with your rifle when you meet a female survivor.
