Ok I got a i5 3.4ghz with 16gig ram and a 560 nvidia and the game seems lathargic when sooting an pickibg stuff up. What would you recommend. Ping is 34 ms on avg

I suggest messing around with your graphic settings, one big thing is make sure you have disabled post-process effects entirely, also put object details on low-very low (as they're not too important) and try to eliminate thing you don't particularly need like terrain detail. To me (inexperienced with computers) your computer seems to be able to run DayZ without issues.

Adjust your graphic settings, and I have heard going into task manager and setting Arma 2 OA priority to above normal helps in some cases. Good luck. :)

Also, set your video memory (in options) to default. Any other option will limit it in some way.
