Using Six Updater Portal....Spawn in Hills...Get me out

After a half a day at trying the do-it-yerself method for Steam, Im using the Six Updater, but still spawn in the barron hills.

Is it possible to run out of this barren spot and hit the real game map?

I've heard it was but if thats true or troll i just dont know. I know a hotfix is on the way, perhaps main server is just being hammered with requests atm.

It definately doesnt sound like your game is out of date nor the mod, it sounds like extreme pressure on the server.

My advice is wait it out or try another server.

Interesting. Okay. Im just sticking with this Six Launcher the devs have. Seems simpler, but just gotta wait out a fix for spawning in the hills.

Is this a new character? If so, try clicking "Respawn" so you die then try a few different servers to see if your luck changes.

Obviously if this is a character loaded with loot you probably just want to wait for a fix but I'd still recommend trying multiple servers.

Heh...pretty much this...this is my position. I'll try other servers as well.
