A few problems that i have tried searching for

well lets see....First problem, when i try to host a lan game(from ingame, not a dedicated server) i get stuck at the white bar on the loading screen...

Second problem, when i try to join a public server, i get about 1-5 fps in the multiplayer setup, and 0-1 fps in the loading screen, and very slow loading. then once i get ingame, i either get 1 fps, or i can run around for about 10 sec....before i get the fps drop.

When my fps drops my friend also noticed that my ping then says about 1000ms(in a server that showed 40ms on the server list).

my pc should be able to run this

4GHz 8 core AMD

GTX 560 ti

ive tried most of the solutions that i could find, but nothing seemed to work.

You cant host a lan game with DayZ, thats an arma 2 feature only i believe.

No idea why your getting such low fps, with those specs you shouldnt have any problems,
