How to use the Range finder?

Sup, i just got a range finder, how do i use it? I thought maybe B would be replaced by the range finder if i picked it up instead of binoculars :/

Any ideas please?

You have to place it with the scroll wheel. Then operate it like a placed gun. You left click to get the distance and turn on the NV by pressing N when you're looking through it.

drop your binocs and use the rangefinder instead, yes they have NV.

press N for nightvision while u use the rf.

and B to equip the rangefinder. works for me.
