Coup de Grace

It would be neat if we can perform a coup de grace on a wounded player with perhaps the combat knife or hatchet. This should only be allowed against an unconscious player and a single move, presumably as a context menu option should be a definite kill. Its only a small thing but I guess not very hard to implement.

In before you misclick when wanting to patch up your buddy and accidentally kill him.

I like the idea though.
