Can't Install OA

I reformatted my computer, and everything went great.

Arma 2 however is having problems. Well actually Arma 2 installs great, operation arrowhead does not however.

For some reason when I try to install OA, all the options are greyed out when I click the autorun button. I see the install button etc, but it wont let me click it.

I had it installed before this, why is it all greyed out now?? ehh
