AMD FX 8350 DayZ FPS?

I'm looking to build a sort of budget gaming desktop PC. I am trying to keep the price somewhere around $700 or less.

Anyway...I've been looking to get the AMD FX 8350 processor. Does anyone else have this processor and can vouch one way or the other for it whilst running Arma II/DayZ? I am currently running in the teens on my fps while playing DayZ/Wasteland and am looking for an upgrade.
