Server Idea's for DayZ 2017 - Where can i get a Server for a month?

Hello DayZ-Friends,

I've thought about some DayZ 2017 Server Idea's and want to hear your opinions. Also i'm searching for a site, or maybe peoble who are willing to sponsor DayZ Servers. My Friend, who is really good at making design's and stuff (maybe as payment?) and I were thinking about doing our own Server. But we arent very experienced yet, so i maybe use this topic to ask some questions too.

About my Idea's..

Like said it would be a Dayz 2017 Server with Veteran Settings, Everything is disabled, just 3rd Person is enabled.

-> No Nameplades, No Sidechat, No Crosshair, No Death Messages

Now some Points i am not sure that they are working:

What is the standart restart timer? Would 6hours be okay?

If 6hours is doable, is it possible to look the Servertime between 12 and 18 o clock?

If its possible that would be our Serversetting, so we have 4-5 hours playing at daytime and 1-2 hours with a upcoming night. (this would be to prevent low pop because of night time)

Note: Im not sure about this point, need opinions

Some Points we would defenetly do:

-Right some background Story (what happend in this 5 years)

-plant tents/(bases) to make the world more look like there is an apocalypse allready. (we plan to like 100 tents or more // some big bases with 8 tents -> clan bases(background story)// some lone tents -> single camp // are at findable location but are hidden)

-park the cars/tanks/etc at location where you would look for a car (we thought about factorys and stuff, or near a "clan base")

-bring some rare weapons/stuff into the world with these tents (things that would fit in dayz2017, akm, cz550)

events:

-writting a little story about how i find a dead guy with a note in his packback (some kind of mystery where we can find his camp which holds epic loot, gps? or even military loot?)

-admins playing trader, driving along the cost, traiding stuff for other stuff (trade rare stuff like tents, backpacks or similiar for food and drinks)

Some points im not sure its possible but we would put on our server:

-less spawn rates on loot

-more zombie dmg

There would be less zombies since the only survivors left would be people would are smart and know how to survive so most zombies would be killed.Also when you said you friend is good a designing things.Do you mean adding things into the game because most of the zombies would have all there bones showing because they've been starved.Also Barelly any cloths because they've been ripped of.Also You could mabye find abandoned and crashed almost repaired cars at the side of the road like a car crashed into a tree with a smashed front window and broken front that another survivor found and no animals as well. Just a couple of tips :D
