When entering a big city cpu usage goes 40-60%

Hey guys who knows stuff way better than me ;)

When i enter electro, cherno and so on my cpu usage is sometimes 60% and in the forrest\wilderness its like 30-40%.. it wasent that before. I have a 6 core amd, 16gigs ram and a geforce gtx 560 i. so my comp was able to handle dayz at very high before without lags and stuff, im thinking its one of the updates that f*** stuff up for me? any clues how to fix it?
