Install, re-install but the same failure loader screen appears on Steam

Recommended Posts

Hello,

Do not know what is my problem.

I am running Arma on Steam and yesterday tried to install Day Z mod, but unfortunately with bad results.

I try to run this on Steam but I will get the attached error messages when trying to start combined operations, and therefore the game will not load.

What am I missing? I uninstalled and re-installed the game but the same error appears.

Additionally I tried to play with six launcher but I get the error message "cannot load weapons.cfg", or something like that, before the game starts. I get to the actual game but spawn without weapons and I cannot actually do anything because command buttons and mouse buttons do not work.

Argh, frustrating!

Any help?

Just fishing for a bit more information.

Have you started both Arma II and Arma: Op Arrow indevidualy before running as Combined Operations?

Also when exactly are you getting the error when you launch through steam.

As for Six Launcher, I've never used it for Dayz, so I don't know what to do there.

What do mean by individually? Answer is that I am trying to start Arrow and then it gives me options to choose from. From there I select Combined Operations and after that the error loading screen appears.

Any idea?:) Did I explain it more clearly?
