Additional Launch parameters don't work. [please help]

Tried using addition launch parameters such as

-cpucount=12 -exthreads=7 -maxmem=2047 -nosplash -noPause -winxp -world=empty

Nothing is working, not on dayz commander, play with six, steam launch options

PLEASE HELP!
