My Feedback

So the game concept was really interesting, interesting enough to make my buy Arma CO just for this mod.

But I am a bit disappointed, there is a good base for the game, a good foundation one might say.. But.. There is some tweaking that NEEDS to be done for this to become what it should be. I have reviewed the game for a few days, it is really glitchy, its really unstable, but this is the alpha and these problems will be fixed eventually (I hope)..

What I think needs to be changed:

Zombies need to be much more realistic, not running around at sonic speeds. Not only that but a BIG issue is that they spawn randomly. You can be sitting somewhere with no zombies anywhere near you, then one spawns randomly next to you. That is majorly UNREALISTIC! This is suppose to be a zombie survival simulation, please make it one. Make zombies travel in herds like they would (probably) IRL, and spawn them at the start of the server map ONCE randomly in Random logical clusters, kind of how Minecraft and Terraria work.

Other then the zombie issue I think the game is great. You guys, the coders, have the potential to make the game legendary, look at how much success you have had in such a short time, this is only alpha and you have the power to change what I have wrote about. Lets have the goal to make this a zombie simulation, a TRUE zombie survival simulation.

Please if you agree with me show support and bump this thread so the Dev's see this.

I thought this was somewhat odd at first, too.

One suggestion I've seen (and honestly I don't know if this is a confirmed thing or not), is the idea that the super speed of zombies once aggro'd was to make them more of a challenge. If you aggro a zombie and he slowly lumbers over to you, you have plenty of time to position yourself ideally, and shoot him before he even gets close enough to present even a minor challenge.

Even if you were to aggro 5 zombies at once, if they're super slowly lumbering towards you, there is no challenge or difficulty whatsoever. You just leisurely pick them off. Even someone inexperienced at shooters (like myself) wouldn't find this presented a challenge.

As for the comments about it being glitchy/unstable, I wouldn't take any notice of its performance right now. It's in alpha stage and is constantly being tweaked and improved. There is no way the final product would launch with the glitching problems you refer to, right now we're all just testing and experiencing the game.
