Patch 1.7.5.1 Language change?

Hi,

I read in the changelog for the Patch 1.7.5.1 following:"*[uPTATED] - String tables to include= English, German, Russian, Spanish, Dutch, French" and 2 others things.

It is now possible to change the language? because i have the german version and the most text are in german, but some text in english. i dont like that.
