Keyboard changing

I'm not sure if this is an issue with the mod or with Arma2 its self but my keyboard layout keeps changing (seemingly at random) from English to Cyrillic script. It also seems that the left shift key "sticks" so that I'm always walking regardless of whether I've double tapped it or not. Anyone else having similar issues and/or have any solutions?

I have the shift key problem, only way I can fix it is too log out then back in again, which isn't that good a thing to do.

I would like any input on that part.

Edit: Just found a fix. Go in and out of 3rd person view, seems to free it all up again.
