Are Ghillie Suits/Camo safe?

I was wondering if the ghillie suit/camo clothes ocean spawning bug had been fixed. I may just be unobservant, but I didn't see a note about it in the changelog. Will putting on different clothes and logging off still send you to the ocean when you log back in?

Anyone?

It seems to be fixed, I found one yesterday and I'm wearing it now, no ocean spawns or anything else. I read that the ocean spawn bug was due to your character not being saved to the character database for some minutes after changing skins. So the longer you stay in-game after you change to ghillie suit, the better!

There have been no notes in the changelog about it. Just to be safe, I'm still avoiding using one.
