I have been scouring the servers, browsing here, etc, but not having much luck finding what I'm looking for, see above. I am happy to donate to support the server but I WILL NOT play on a server that gives donors gear. To me the whole point of the game is looking for gear, so if you give it to me, I have no motivation to even play.
