Medium value military buildings not lootable in Taviana

Hi, i have a little problem...

I am playing on a Taviana server. Is a great map and i love it but there is something bothering me...

In the military bases these baraks (medium value)

are always empty and the inside doors can't be opened. I have tried to check on the inside rooms from outside through the windows and I saw some lootable items. But they can't be reached because of the locked doors.

Any help? Am i not able to reach them or is a bug of the game?

Taviana map is just a big broken map with low fps.
