error when launching dayz: battleye client is not responding

Okay, I know that there's a topic on this already. But it hasn't helped me, so here goes.

Today, after work I started up dayz and played for about an hour just fine, I got off to take a shower and when I tried to get back on the lobby menu would freeze up for a few seconds and then once it unfrooze, id get a yellow link and then my ping would jump to about 1000 and then id get kicked with the message "battleye: client is not responding" I've tried restarting my router and my computer re instaling dayz and components aswell as battleye. And I've had no luck, it happens for every server on dayz and arma2oa

When you join a server and enter the lobby just sit there for a few minutes, Battleye will update and then join.
