Can someone fix my direct chat?

For whatever reason, my direct chat won't work. People can see when i type to them but i can't read anything when someone types back to me. Am i doing something wrong? Or is there like an in-game option to be able to few direct chat?

Ah well, i have no f*cking clue ask someone in the forums whos smarter with problems like these like the forum moderators.

Yeah, everything is update. It's so annoying not being able to use direct chat too. Someone in game said it might have to do with textrue?
