Is this common; conflicting arma2oa file versions

I noticed that arma2oa is in 2 locations.

1. First location is Steam\Steamapps\common\arma 2 operation arrowhead\expansion\beta

^^ that arma2oa.exe version is 92835

2. Second location is Steam\Steamapps\common\arma 2 operation arrowhead

^^ that ArmA2OA.exe version is 87580

I just noticed this and it poses several questions. Is this a conflict, is it normal, shoudlnt both versions be the same?

I have been troubled by getting thrown into the inescapable hills when logging into a DayZ server, which prompted me to really look at files. Now keep in my mind that my DayZ files are within the addons folder at Steam\Steamapps\common\arma 2 operation arrowhead\@DayZ\addons
