Huge FPS issue

Since 1.7.1 Im having problems with FPS on a lot of servers

Current installed version: 1.7.1.1 /93825

Server(s) you were on: Few DE servers, few FR, PL2, like: A LOT.

Your system specs: ASUS G53SW, i7 2,9GhZ, GTX460M, 4GB DDR3

Timeline of events before/after error: When I log in my FPS wont go above 7. Game is unplayable on a lot of servers, get used to 40fps on high settings.
