I have kinda just picked them up here and there,,, Anyone have any idea about what i can get for them?

Well if your lucky and someone really need them you could get a decent weapon or an item for it.

Unfortunetly i have to tell you that since the last (or maybe the one before?) patch SVD ammunition can no longer only be found at helicrashsites. Now they can also spawn in barracks in ammuboxes which makes them a lot more easy to get and less worthfull then they were before.
