Server responded,creating character please help me

I get stuck in the screen saying "server responded,creating character" when I log into my server. Then it says something went wrong please disconnect and try again. Well I have tryied that and I have re-installed the game 3 times. Please help me

Try join other servers running the same version :)

If you can't join any servers then the issue is your end, If you can join other servers but not your own then it's your server at fault.

Once you know where the fault is you can move forward.

I can join other servers yes, my own server has 25 people on it right now, they are all playing happily on it as we speak. But I still have this error. I am starting to think my character is bugged. Is there a way I get rid of my character?

Have you tried using Dayzcommander to download/update all your files and patch ?

If it's your server make sure you are using the same beta-patch and mod files.

I doubt your character is bugged if you can join other servers :) Most likely just different client files than the server files
