Can't repair ANY part of a vehicle

Just found a few vehicles, all of which only had the option to repair the windscreen glass, then I found an offroad pickup, which wouldn't allow me to repair anything on it. This has been happening to every vehicle I've been finding.. Anyone else getting this issue?

Yes, I had a toolbox each time I was trying to repair these vehicles.

Are you sure they're actually vehicles and not props?

this happened to me, i just reconnected and it was fine, or u can just keep scrolling and moving around the viechle :)
