Day Z Slower after OS Reinstall

Hello! Made an account because this problem is making it impossible to play Arma 2 OA now.

Basically, a week ago I had to reformat and reinstall my OS on my solid state drive. All fine and dandy. So I installed the drivers and everything again. The only problem is that now it's extremely laggy to play Day Z. I have no idea what I might have done, or what has changed. I re-installed everything that I had before, drivers and all. FYI, I was able to play Day Z smoothly a few weeks ago before the install on my laptop. Now everything is slow as hell!

Hey quick update, because I sort of found a fix. This has something to do with my Integrated Intel HD graphic card. I figured out, it switched to my GTX when I use my laptop, but when I use my monitor, Intel's own card boots up. Damnit this is annoying. The easy solution would be DO NOT INSTALL ANYTHING INTEL GRAPHICS!

I'm not sure how to stop it from happening. Removed the Intel HD app, but still getting problems.

No sign of "Disable integrated graphics" in the BIOS either..
