Firecrackers

The idea I just came up with is basically, kinda sorta replace some grenades with firecrackers. I myself think that this would be a good idea because there more common then smoke grenades. some grenades should be rarer and only found in military loot piles or maybe a new thing industrial loot piles with ammo for high caliber weapons and rotor parts. Anyway the firecracker would work like the smoke grenade but instead make a firecracker noise a attract zombies to them more intensely than whiskey bottle's, tin cans and so on idk though just an idea.

IMO its a good suggestion that makes sense and is realistic, although i dont know how common firecrackers really are, the only time i can find them anywere is around certain holidays. I just dont think it would fit in well with dayz really i cant come up with a reason that "they absolutely cant be in" but i personaly dont like it.

Thanks for the feed back but maybe it could be a forth of july update where they modify the smoke grenade to be a firecracker for a week or so :)

I say make them a stack item, like chemlights. You throw them, they pop after a couple seconds, and zombies are drawn to them, like a whiskey bottle on steroids. About as loud as a Makarov, maybe. Should they require matches to function?

haha clone but yea beez thats a great idea and the matches should be required yes and also durability on the matches? because the dont last forever you know

make them spawn at supermarkets only, and need a box of matches/road flare to light it up.
