Fainted, slow regeneration

Hey, I recently fainted and I have this stupid tendency of alt+f4 when doing so. I logged in 20 minutes later and I had gotten the really slow regeneration thing you get if you do as I did. My question is, if I wait and hour or two, will this regeneration thing be quicker or do I need my friend to log in and find me with an epipen?

lol it's an anti Alt+f4 feature no matter how long your KO was before logging out you get a new 5 min timer, hope your not bleeding.

SO yes epipen would be the way to go here.
