Sneaky (DayZ) 0 Posted June 18, 2012 [FIXED] Converting magazines didn't work if you had MORE than one of that magazine type (now works as intended)What does this mean? I never seen this feature. usszim 35 Posted June 18, 2012 If you have .45 ACP and a 1911 magazine, you can right click either of them to turn them into each other. You can also split or combine shotgun shells to sets of 2 or 8 (You need 4 sets of 2 to get 8... math). So say I had a revolver and bunch of .45 ACP. I find a Colt 1911 and pick that up. Instead of ditching the .45 ACP, I can right click those and convert them to 1911 magazines. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

mines_skyline 4 Posted June 19, 2012 it only works if the bullet used in both guns is the same. like stated earlier, u can convert revolver ammo to 1911 ammo because theyre the same bullets, just different "magazine".edit: i wonder if u can convert AKM ammo into SVD ammo because they both use 7.62. AKM uses 7.62x39mm. SVD uses 7.62x54mm.What would be real sweet is if you could convert SAW 5.56 ammo boxes to Stanag mags and the other way around for easy storage. :D Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
