Food spawns and bandits

So i'm curious about something, since the hotfix for patch 1.7.1 it semms like food has become quite rare to find, or at least on every single server i got in.

I was walking around Electro, found me 2 companions and we started scavenging, not a single bulding had any kind of food, not even the grocery store, and no drinks or empty caantens. Wich left me wondering, did the latest hotfix mess anything up with the food spawn rate?

Also on another completely different matter i'd like to talk about bandits and a possible solution to then and see what you guys think.

I personally feel like, the person should probably get to choose at the beggining what they want to be: Bandit or civilian. But there's a thing, if you choose to be a bandit your skin changes so you can be recognized as one of then, and you are allowed to kill others without any kind of penality.

The other one would be the civilian, normal skin, but if you try to kill someone else that is also a civilian, your character will be automatically killed, or some other kind of really harsh penality, so the person would think twice before doing something like that.

It won't stop people from creating a civilian just to trick and troll everyone, but i feel it's a better solution than humanity bar, wich affects you even if you kill in self defense.

yeah food is hard to find, just like it should be.

Matches, knifes, and hactchets are fairly easy. So head out and kill an anumal.
