Freeze/fps stutter/lag

Hello

So I recently acquired this game now and after a some hour or 2 i finally got it to work, with some flaws though.

The problem I encounter is freezes/stutters. I have great FPS(I dont know exactly because I dont know how to turn it on but its well over 30fps) but get these freezes (like every 30 sec) and the freeze varies from 1-4 sec.

Right now everything is on lowest because I know I have a low end PC with todays average PC, but I still managed to get good fps so im sure i'll be able to increase the video settings when/if I fix this problem.

I have a dual core AMD X2 6000, with a GTX460 gfx card, 6 gb of memory.

W7 64 bit

I got the latest drivers for my GFX card and i've turned off things like V-Sync.

I also did some of the fps improvments you can do like -cpucount and -exthreads.

I have a laptop with an ok graphic card nvidia 9600M GT and 2GB video memory with 4GB ram and if that can play GTA 4 on the highest graphics,it can play Arma 2(Which it can).

Bro its a problem with DayZ,this new update has given some performance issues on most players so you will have to sit tight and wait. :(

I just recently built a new pc.

Played before 1.7.1 and it ran great, now after this patch its back to acting like i had my old 5750 in their. Not to mention always spawning in the middle of a field :P
